20'x50'x16' with 14'x14' overhead door with openers. Fully insulated and individually climate controlled heat and Ac. 50 amp rv plug as well as 110 receptacles. Each unit is powered by individual electric meter. Tenant pays the monthly electric charges for their unit. 2.5% fee on credit card payments.
